About us

We currently operate three heat networks in the UK:

• the Bristol heat network, across the city of Bristol
• the Brent Cross Town heat network, in north London
• and the MEL heat network in Midlothian, Scotland.

Across our service to our customers, we are fair, accountable and proactive.

As we deliver heating and hot water to our customers, we draw on over 100 years of experience in developing and operating heat networks in mainland Europe.
