What to do if there’s a problem with your heating
If it’s an emergency, please call us on 0808 143 3633 anytime.
If you have no heating or hot water, please call 0808 143 3633. If we can’t fix the issue over the phone, we’ll confirm next steps which may include sending an engineer to visit.
To report any other non-urgent issue, please email hello@heat-customers.vattenfall.co.uk. If you prefer, you can also call us. We aim to respond to emails within seven working days (often sooner) and try to resolve issues over the phone. If we can’t, we’ll let you know the next steps.
