Unplanned Outage at Brent Cross Town

Earlier today we discovered a leak that may have impacted the heating and hot water supply to customers at The Delamarre, Brent Cross Town.

The leak has now been repaired and supplied restored,

We understand that this interruption will have caused some inconvenience, and we are very sorry for the disruption.

Planned Maintenance at Craighall Village

Date: Wednesday, 26th November

Time: Between 09:00 and 16:00

Today there is essential maintenance work that will be taking place at Craighall Village. Our engineers will be replacing the temporary boiler currently in operation on the network. This replacement is required due to performance issues identified in recent weeks, and completing this work will help restore the system to optimal efficiency.

To carry out the boiler replacement safely, there will be a planned interruption to your heating and hot water supply.

We appreciate this may cause inconvenience, and our team will work to complete the exchange as efficiently as possible. Normal service will resume as soon as the works are completed.
