Planned maintenance at Brent Cross Town

Description of works taking place: Planned maintenance. As part of our responsibility to maintain a reliable heat network, we will be carrying out maintenance works on the heat network on Tuesday 25th March 2025.

Timing and duration: We anticipate that the heat supply from the energy centre will be switched off sometime between 9am –5pm while works take place, then service will be restored.

Impact on heat and hot water supply: Customers will have no heating and hot water for up to 3 hours while the heat supply is switched off. As the works are taking place during a period where we expect heat demand to be low, we hope that the impact to you will be minimal.
