Planned Maintenance at MEL Energy Centre
Dates: Monday 27th October – Wednesday 17th December 2025
Time: Works will take place throughout this period.
We will be carrying out warranty maintenance on the Thermal Storage Tanks during this period. The works will involve the replacement of temperature probes, which are currently leaking and will be replaced under warranty. We do not anticipate any interruption to your heating or hot water supply during this time.
Planned Works: Cala Homes Energy Centre Temporary Shutdown
Dates: Friday 31st October 2025
Time: 09:30-10:00am
We are writing to inform you of a planned temporary shutdown of the energy centre at Cala Homes on Friday 31st of October 2025.
This work will require the heat network to be temporarily switched off for approximately 30 minutes while we replace a system sensor. During this time, your heating and hot water may be temporarily affected. Service will resume automatically once the sensor replacement is complete.
