Service Update - 4 Glass Wharf, Bristol

There will be a temporary loss of hot water and heating services beginning at 18:00pm on

the 2nd of October 2026 and will last until 06:00am on the 5th of October 2026.

This work will be carried out by contractors from Therma Mech and is being carried out during the

weekend shutdown period to minimise impact to the building’s occupants.

This maintenance is to facilitate network improvements on the Bristol Heat Network and is

being completed as part of a larger project to inspect and replace parts of the network along

Avon Street.

Service Update - Brent Cross Temporary Energy Centre

Timing and duration
There will be an interruption to your hot water and heating services between the hours of
10:00am and 14:00pm on Tuesday 6th October 2026. This is to carry out annual
maintenance in the Temporary Energy Centre.

This maintenance is a key element of our regular preventative programme to uphold the
highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency in the heating network serving your
home. If you experience any issues once supply has been restored, please contact our
