Planned Maintenance at Brent Cross 

Date: 26th January 2026

We are carrying out planned maintenance at Brent Cross Town, that will impact heating and hot water services.

There will be a full outage to hot water and heating services between 09:30 and 14:30 and supply will be restored as soon as the works have been safely completed. 

This maintenance is a key element of our regular programme to uphold the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency in the heating network serving your home.

Planned Maintenance: Old Market

Date: 28th January 2026

We are carrying out planned maintenance at Old Market. The service to your building will intermittent between 11:00 and 14:00 on 28th January but will not be unavailable for the entire period. The interruptions will be in short intervals as we test the network.
